1. Introduction and Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Pearl Global Impact, a company incorporated under the laws of Rome, Italy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Pearlglobalimpact.org website, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Criminal or unlawful activity, including fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of US, EU Countries where your company is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13. Dispute Resolution

Option B (Judicial Litigation): Any legal action of whatever nature shall be brought in the state and federal courts located in Rome, Italy and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

We reserve the right to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Effective Date" of these Terms. Your continued use of the Services after the date such revised Terms are posted will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
